Use the Beach Runners mobile app to tell us about the beach gear you own (or have rented), pin its location, and pick a time to have it delivered to (or from) one of the public beach access points we serve.
From there, our Runner will pick up your beach gear, deliver it, and mark its exact spot. The app will notify you once complete, take you right to where your gear is, and securely process your payment (and tip!) to the Runner.

Beach Delivery
Download the Beach Runners app and schedule a delivery to one of the public beach locations we serve. Our Runner will arrive at your vacation property (beach house, condo, etc.), carry your beach gear to a prime spot in the sand, and pin its exact location for you. Effortless!

Beach Return
When the day is done, use the Beach Runners app to mark your beach gear’s current location, and our Runner will deliver it back to you.

The Beach Runners mobile app is free and available in the App Store and Google Play.
After you download, please take a moment to complete your Profile.
All payment is processed in-app. And your Runner receives 100% of the tip!
You will not be charged until the Runner has completed your order.
Things to Remember
Your beach gear will be left unattended! DO NOT leave valuables of any kind with your beach gear or in your beach bags.
Please disassemble big items, like tents, before the Runner arrives for pickup.
Coolers should be 50 lbs or less.
Please note - your Beach Runner may cancel the Order if your gear isn’t as described.

Mini Package
One Way | $45
☀️ Minimal beach gear for 1-2 people, easily transported in a single load (don’t worry, our Runner will still use a cart!). Nothing big or bulky.
*No single item over 50 lbs.
*Distance limitations apply.
*Order at least 2 hours in advance.

Basic Package
One Way | $65
☀️ Basic Beach gear for up to 4 people, like chairs, cooler, and a tent/umbrella. Total weight under 100 lbs. No large items permitted, like a paddle board or XL tents, etc.
*No single item over 50 lbs.*Distance limitations apply.
*Order at least 2 hours in advance.

Full Service Package
One Way | $85
☀️ Beach gear for 5-8 people, or big, bulky items (SUPs, large tents or inflatables, big cooler, etc.) requiring special care or multiple trips (3 trips max).
*No single item over 50 lbs.
*Distance limitations apply.
*Order at least 2 hours in advance.
👉 Please Note: there is only 1 Runner assigned to each order.
Beach Set Up Disclaimer
Our Runner will set up your beach chairs, and neatly place your other items beside them. Beach Runners does not set up umbrellas or tents, as a safety precaution to make sure they do not blow away before you arrive.
All public beach accesses are first come, first served. Our Runner will select the best available beach spot at the time of your delivery. You can request a specific location in the Notes section of your Order, and your Runner will do their best to accommodate. Once your Runner drops your gear off, your items will remain unattended.
Coolers should be 50 lbs or less (a good rule of thumb - less than 37 quarts). If your Runner is unable to safely lift any item, they will notify you that it was left behind due to weight.
Disclaimer of Liability for Customer Equipment
All customer equipment/gear handled by Beach Runners is done at the customer’s own risk. By ordering service, you agree that you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to your beach gear before its pickup by our Runner, or after its delivery.
